There are times when we need help moving forward and are not sure how to proceed.  This can happen in many areas of our lives: career, financial, creative, relationships or matters that concern our health and fitness.  My job is to help you connect with your own intuition, integrity and desire to become the person you want to be or the person you know you already are.

 a process that helps stabilize patterns of active, conscious living.  This is done through result focused professional assistance.  It takes you, in the present, and helps you connect with your own strength to reach your goals.

There is an overwhelming amount of information on living a healthy, balanced life.  However, when we have poorly structured strategies and inadequate social support old habits will creep back in.

As a coach I address the wide ranging needs of clients and communicate information in ways that are supporting and motivating.
